These cups are very poor quality. Many cups arrived fractured/cracked and upon further inspection I found many issues with the rim seal including big gaps in the rim causing the cups to leak! I have been asking for a refund for a month and the seller just keeps playing games and making me jump through hoops for nothing. He claims all these damages are normal and a 'natural phenomenon'. He has not refunded any of my money. Then I started a refund dispute and he told me to cancel it and start a new one as "product not as described" to get a full refund, but surprise surprise - Now I can't open a new one! Filing a credit card dispute now.
